With the new self-service area of our sites launched on September 21, you can now manage your account online!
Below are some helpful tips for logging in and accessing your account information with ease.
Online payment program customers
- Please make sure you are on the correct Web site and replace your old bookmarks with our home page.
- Temporarily disable pop-up blockers
to view your bill or make a payment online.
- You can use your existing User ID and password to log in, unless we contacted you and asked you to re-register.
- Customers with existing User IDs and passwords with the following characters will need to re-register a new User ID to access
their account information:

- The name of our online billing and payment program (formerly ePay) is now "online payment program." Please select the second
link under the Pay your bill section on the account overview page to access the online payment program.
One-time online payment customers
- Please make sure you are on the correct Web site and replace your old bookmarks with our home page.
- Temporarily disable pop-up blockers
to make a payment online.
- In order to make a one-time payment, you'll need to register a new Web account and set up a User ID and password. This helps
protect your personal information.
Registering new Web accounts
- If the activation or password reset links are not clickable, cut and paste everything in the link between the < and > into
the browser window.
- To register a new Web account, you'll need to enter your electric account number. It may help to have your last statement
handy.
